- You can cancel this order within two weeks after we have received it. You can return new, unopened items from a cancelled order within 30 days after they have been delivered to you. Items should be returned in their original packaging.

Oysteins is proud to provide the best warranty in the industry.- 1) Defective Product Replacement

If in the rare occation your product should have a factory defect, we do of course gladly replace it.
2) Extreme Living Warranty
If a product should fail you while you are living to the extreme, it will be replaced with a 50% discount on any product that we currently hold in stock. For example, if you choose to bodysurf the asphalt off your skateboard, accidently fall on a pair of scissors, get bitten while fighting a shark, alligator or a mean dog, fall off the train, fall into the campfire or any other thing that might happen while you live your dreams - we'll still take care of you. Send back to us whatever remains of your product, tell us the story of how it happened and we'll send you a voucher to be used in our Online Shop.Only this way can we be sure that our products will be used for the purpose they were designed.
- Ordering
- Proof of Purchase. Øysteins will send you a confirmation that Øysteins has received your order via email. You will also receive a confirmation by regular mail when Øysteins accepts your order.
- Payment & Pricing
- Payment Methods. Øysteins allows you to make your purchases using any of the payment methods described below. Please read carefully our policies with respect to payment methods before you place your order. The fastes way to process your order is through purchase via creditcard. This way we get an instant notification of your payment. We use PayPal to process creditcards. This is a well known and safe way to use your creditcard online. If you are reluctant to using your creditcard for online purchase we do of course understand and offer the alternative of a bank transfer. Please note that if you process with bank transfer as your payment alternative it may delay the process of your order due to practical circumstances. We will have to register your payment manually in the bank before we can process your order.
- Øysteins endeavors to offer you competitive prices on current Øysteins products. Your total order price will include the price of the product on the day of order processing plus any applicable sales tax. Øysteins reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at any time and particularly to correct pricing errors that appear. Sales Tax and Customs. In addition to the price of your purchases, Øysteins will charge you sales tax if you live in Norway based on the sales tax rate in effect at the time your order is billed. Øysteins will provide an estimated total of your order including tax and any applicable shipping charges at the time you place your order. If you order from another country the sales tax and customs for the state or country to which your order is being shipped may be added on reception of the product.
